We want you to be completely satisfied with your KaijuNova purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
  • Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Perishable goods (like food or flowers)
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Hazardous materials
    • Flammable liquids or gases

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at hello@kaijunova.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Provide Evidence: If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, please include clear photographic evidence of the issue.
  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  4. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.  
  5. Return Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions.

Refunds

Refund Processing Time: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.  

Damaged or Defective Items

Notification: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@kaijunova.com within 7 days of delivery.

Evidence: Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Resolution: We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference and product availability.
